Holistic Fitness combines intelligent exercise with the latest in holistic nutrition science to
offer powerful results. We believe that sports performance, sustainable health and permanent fat loss come from a balance between the right diet for your unique bio-chemistry, the right exercises for your body and the proper lifestyle adjustments.
Strength and Conditioning Program
The first session with Jennifer Fleischer is a musculoskeletal assessment that consists of health history, physiological load evaluation, posture analysis, core function and stability tests, movement analysis and range of motion tests.
After the initial assessment, Jennifer designs an individualized 4-6 week stretching and exercise program based on a combination of her findings in the evaluation and your health and fitness goals. From there, you can book exercise instruction sessions and have her train you on each program. These programs are designed to help you prevent injury, build strength, achieve your ideal weight, improve balance, stability and flexibility, increase lean muscle mass burn body fat and master functional movement patterns.
Golf Performance Program
As a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, Jennifer is trained to take golfers through a three step process that is designed to improve their flexibility, strength and power, and eliminate any pain that might be hindering them on the course. Whether your goal is greater distance, improved swing efficiency, better accuracy, increased endurance or even to reduce your back pain on the course, the TPI approach delivers the results you're after.
Step 1: Screen – Using TPI’s cutting edge assessment process, Jennifer screens and identifies limitations in the body as they relate to the golf swing.
Step 2: Prescribe – Based on the TPI screen results, Jennifer is trained to develop highly individualized Golf Performance Programs designed to eliminate swing faults (and the physical limitations that contribute to them) for good.
Step 3: Implement – Building on over 7 years as a CHEK Practitioner and Nutrition Coach, Jennifer teaches clients the most effective stretches, mobilizations and exercises to help them reach their maximum potential. At this stage she also recommends that clients also sign up for the Golf Performance Nutrition Program (below).
What is the investment?
Program Design: $160 (Pro-rated). Usually 1-1.5 hours, depending on the complexity of the case. Roughly every 6 weeks for self-training clients or a one-time initial fee for regular clients.
Exercise Sessions: $160 per hour (Note: Self-training clients should book roughly 2-3 hours for Exercise Instruction if flying in from out of town. Local clients can spread the 2-3 hours out through 1 hour sessions).
Holistic Fitness Nutrition Programs focus on sports performance, sustainable fat loss and weight management. Each person is different and requires a highly individualized diet to look and feel their best. With these programs you’ll learn which foods are ideal for your body’s biochemical needs as well as the proper fuel mixture or ratio of these foods that is most effective for burning fat and increasing overall vitality.
Step 1: Take the Advanced Metabolic Typing Test: The Advanced Metabolic Typing Test is based on the premise that no one diet is right for every person. With this test, you will discover the foods that are best for your body, allowing us to create a customized nutrition program that is tailored to your unique needs.
Step 2: Fill out the 7-Day Diet and Sleep Journal: Why? In order to create a meal plan that is right for you, we first need to look at your hydration, the quality and quantities of food you currently eat, the timing of your meals, your sugar intake, the timing of your sleep cycle, and any food irritants you might consume.
Once Jennifer receives everything, she will contact you to set up a one-hour session to go over your nutrition plan, help you understand what combinations of foods you should be eating and why, and teach you how to incorporate the new diet plan into your daily life.
Optimal Nutrition Program: This program includes a one hour session, the Advanced Metabolic Typing test and Advanced Metabolic Typing results analysis, Diet and Sleep Journal analysis, individualized diet plans, grocery lists, therapeutic support programs based on your Metabolic Type and four weekly nutrition check-in sessions to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments. $850
Golf Performance Nutrition Program: We view golf as an endurance sport, one that requires a different fuel mixture from your average nutrition plan. This program builds off of the Optimal Nutrition Program but is tailored to help you consistently perform at your highest level, on and off the course. In addition to daily meal plans, you'll learn how to tweak meal ratios for increased stamina on the course, how to speed up recovery time and increase power through proper supplements, techniques for staying hydrated while in the game and ideal snacks for sustained energy. $950
Extended Nutrition Program - Add on the following services for advanced Nutrition Coaching:
Weekly Nutrition Check: Perfect for those who can't find time to meet in person, this add on includes weekly Diet and Exercise Journal analysis emails to ensure clients stay on track. Submit weekly Diet and Exercise Journal logs and receive personalized tips and suggestions to ensure optimal weight loss. $160 per month
Grocery Store Visit: During this one hour visit to Birite, Whole Foods or your local farmer's market, learn how to shop for your body's unique biochemical needs, and keep your meals fun and interesting. $160
