We'll teach you how to select the right foods for your body to help you burn fat, reduce inflammation and look and feel your best.
Optimal Nutrition Program
This program focuses on increased vitality, sports performance and sustainable fat loss. Each person is different and requires a highly-individualized diet to look and perform at their highest level. With the Optimal Nutrition Program you’ll learn which foods are ideal for your body’s biochemical needs as well as the proper fuel mixture of these foods that will get you to your health and fitness goals most effectively.
Step 1: Take the Advanced Metabolic Typing Test
The Advanced Metabolic Typing Test is based on the premise that no one diet is right for every person. With this test, you will discover the foods (and ratios of foods) that work best with your body, allowing me to create a customized nutrition program that is tailored to your unique needs. The test is online and takes about 20-30 minutes to complete. Once you submit it, the Metabolic Typing Institute will contact me with your results and I’ll develop your new nutrition program.
Step 2: Fill out the 7-Day Diet and Sleep Journal
In order to create a nutrition program that is right for you, we also need to look at your hydration, the quality and quantities of food you currently eat, the timing of your meals, your sugar intake, the timing of your sleep cycle, and any food irritants you might consume.
Step 3: Set up your first session
In this one hour session you'll receive your Optimal Nutrition Plan binder, complete with the Advanced Metabolic Typing test results and analysis, Diet and Sleep Journal analysis, individualized diet plans, grocery lists and a Therapeutic Support Program based on your Metabolic Type.
Golf Performance Nutrition Program
For all of you golfers looking to build off of your TPI Golf Fitness Program, we view golf as an endurance sport, one that requires a different fuel mixture from your average nutrition plan. This nutrition plan builds off of the Optimal Nutrition Program, but is tailored to help you consistently perform at your highest level, on and off the course. In addition to daily meal plans, you'll learn how to tweak meal ratios for increased stamina on the course, how to speed up recovery time and increase power through proper supplements, techniques for staying hydrated and ideal snacks for sustained energy.

This service can be customized to your weekly needs, whether it's simply prepared foods for lunch or the ingredients for breakfast, lunch and dinner. After the first order you'll receive a saved Instacart list, making re-ordering a breeze.
Grocery Store Visit
During this one hour visit to BiRite, Whole Foods or your local farmer's market, you'll learn how to shop for your body's unique biochemical needs, and keep your meals fun and interesting.
