Jennifer is an Exercise Coach certified through the CHEK (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) Institute, a CHEK Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach (Level 2), an Advanced Metabolic Typing Advisor certified through the Metabolic Typing Institute and a Personal Trainer certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). In addition, she is currently pursuing the prestigious CHEK Practitioner certification.
Most recently, Jennifer gained valuable fitness experience
at the prestigious San Francisco Bay Club where she
specialized in functional training and nutrition coaching
for a wide variety of clients, including pre and post
natal, post rehabilitation and multi-sport athletes.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from
New York University’s College of Arts in Science
in 2004. While at NYU she was nominated for the Rhodes
scholarship, was enrolled in the National Honors Society
and attained various other awards for her academic
excellence. |
