I specialize in creating comprehensive fitness and wellness programs for optimal performance. Using industry-leading physical assessments and evaluations, I’m trained to create exercise and nutrition programs tailored to each client’s individual needs. Known in the Bay Area as one of the leading golf fitness instructors, I work closely with PGA players and teaching professionals, and have been published numerous times by the Titleist Performance Institute for my exercises and research on golf performance.  

I'm a level three Titleist Perfomance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist, a CHEK Practitioner, a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach and an Advanced Metabolic Typing Advisor. I graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from New York University’s College of Arts and Sciences, where I was nominated for the Rhodes Scholarship and enrolled in the National Honors Society. 

When I'm not training, I'm an active volunteer for CUESA (Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture).
